Morning all! Yesterday was a long day, two and half hours to Manchester airport, then queuing in the cattle market that is security! Stayed on plan, had a wonderful steak and salad at Frankie and Benny's and had made almond flour pizza for plane journey. Left 24 degrees at home to rain in Kefalonia! Happy Monday everyone!

Oh I shall be having home made ice-cream and local white wine for my treats. Just want to stay away from carb laden food as we are here for three weeks! Brought my own almond flour bread but it won't last long!
