Day four of the low carb version of the up day down day! I have lost alot faster like I do every time I go low carb. I am sure almost daily Zumba helps too.
Also the Resveratrol dots came today. Dr. Johnson tries to sell them on the up day down day website but WAY to expensive for me I found them on ebay for like 4 bucks free S/H. (Searh "resveratrol dots")They taste like tiny versions of those flintstone chewables we used to eat as a kid. I plan to keep them in my purse and pop them 2 to 4 a day.
