Just keep incorporating lots of lean protein into your routine. The carb cravings will eventually let up. And stop blaming yourself. I blame the food manufacturers and restaurants. They have turned America into a bunch of carb junkies and taught us to overload on portion sizes. The more sugar you consume (simple carbs are sugars) the more sugar you'll crave. It takes time to "retrain" the brain and body but it will happen if you're consistent. Hang tough!
