Taught a zumba class at 9 am. Then I had an egg white omlette. Then off shopping. It was so hot I think I sweat more than in my class. Had water in the car so it was all good. Lunch was a veggie delight salad no dressing but I did put on a tbs of smashed avacado and salt and pepper to give it a bit of heartiness. Enjoyed it and only ate half of the salad so dinner is DONE..even leaves me a bit of room for 2 cups of popcorn and a chocolate square at the movies tonight!
