This weekend was rough. Did very good Saturday morning. However saturday night I did terrible. Went to a casino and ate the buffet. Tried to watch all the starches intake, did not do so well. However again, I start over today. Leave on Thursday to go camping. so i will not do my weight history because I know that the food they cook will not be on my list of intake category. I will start over next week. After this week, next week will be alot better. Shouldn't be going on vacation any time soon so will not be intaking out of the ordinary type of food can keep track of all of the my food.
