So...after doing some research I realized I was way off on my macros and have to reduce my calories by almost 1,000. No wonder I was going to bed with extra calories. 2700 felt like that was just way too much. Being that I also have metabolic issues means significantly cutting down on almost all carb intake and reducing proteins even more. I once joked about having to eat spoonfuls of coconut oil but that might just be an option. :)
