I'm doing IF, eating between 12noon and 8pm, which suits as I can get three reasonable meals in ok so I'm not having to cram them into a six hour window or restrict calories, and staying VLC. Carb Nites are back then :-) I'm also lifting, and it all seems to be working out. Let's hope I have a decent run here :-)
