Was really good this week, subbed all the crackers and cookies I was eating last week for fruit this week, and gained! Oh well, we'll see what next week brings!

Sorry to hear that eating better caused a gain. You may already know, but in case you don't, the body treats all sugar the same, whether it comes from fruit or pop. The difference is with fruit you get nutritional benefit, and fiber. Any sugar that the body doesn't get burned as energy gets stored as fat. This may be what happened in your case. If you are unfamiliar do a bit of fat checking. This is one area where there is virtually no debate. Blessings moving forward.
