u don't eat often enough or you don't give yourself time to feel full I say try adding more protein and eat small meals. Sometimes when I feel hungry I drink coffee as it's an appetite suppressant.

@Joey thank you, that actually makes sense and normally im good with water and waiting - i once read there is a 20min rule about going for the second plate but i was hectic busy and i think i ate more out of stress - it was all crap, i dont take sugar at all but yesterday was a nougat bar, strawberries with cream and sugar (stupid crap stuff)

i find if i am hungry i either drink black coffee with no milk and 1 sugar helps me...or drink lots of water and keep busy

I actually want to say: good for you. So what if you overdid it a bit once in a while. Your metabolism will thank you later for a kickstart it probably needed. Just pick up where you left off.
