Ok day one so far it feels funny telling the counter thing what I eat in one day. Cause its only 9am and I'm not going to lie but I'm still hungry . I mean I'm trying very hard not to go over the daily amont but I know if I was not count I could go over it with out even batting an eye lash. No joke even my bf can't beleave how much I eat and I'm smaller than him.I need to find foods that will keep me full for long periods of time. Also work nights so its really hard I don't really eat when I'm at work. Cause I stuff my face before going to work so I don't get as hungry. Which kind of works like let's say I stuff my face at 9:30pm before work which is at ten pm . I won't get hungry till two am in the morning. Now let's say if I don't stuff my face before work my belly will start makeing load noises and hurt me around 11:30 pm or sooner depending on when I ate last. Sad I know , and if I don't eat soon people better stay away cause I get mad faster bitch about every thing and start fights I'm sad to say. My bf learned that the hard way. I knid of feel bad for himcause he is 5'6 and 250 lb. And he eats like a bird. So yeah well today I'm going to go buy a scale cause my other one is lost I can't find is for some reson . I'm going to try really hard and not cheat . But I'm not going to lie but lunch time needs to hurry up already ............. god help me .........
