I have to zip to work, But I couldn't leave without posting a quick journal entry. Even though I was neg-trace yesterday I didn register small this morning around 2 or so? (Yes I get up to pee like 4 x a night) I've been checking to find when was my best time to check. But as I posted in a comment, I think I was purple before when I exercised more and didn't drink water alllllll though the day, so today after work instead of jumping on the computer, (not much 'jumping' exercise since I sit on my bum, lol) I'm going to dust off the old bike and go riding for at least 1/2 hour. A exercise I like and do alot on vacation so why not when I'm here?
I also wanted to make note that normally I have bad and stressful days at work, but yesterday I didn't let the stress get a hold and I actually had a good day :-) I've been having to work in the machine shop more and more (due to the economy, normally work in the office) in addition to my office duties. Yesterday, working on the machine we are assembling I actually allowed myself to relax and enjoy 'making' this machine. I found it interesting and even though somethings took longer for me to do, I allowed myself to enjoy it! Alot has to do with attitude. Good day to all!
