oh my gosh! my dream meal. But please tell me, where do you buy your sausage? I'm on a zero carb diet, only eat meat , fat and water, all sausages I find have sugar and unnecessary spices in them. such a hustle  

@mapasekat where do you get your vitamins & minerals? even most supplements aren't fully absorbed. 

From my meat doll. My blood tests are beyond amazing, even my doctor is shook, from the improvement I've made since eating nothing but meat for the past 7months. I'm weighing 49.8kg from actually 63kgs, I'm 29, but look 22😄, my acne is beyond cleread, I sleep better, I don't take medication for anxiety anymore, oh and ive started ovulating, which I hadn't done in years prior to the diet. And I have tons of crazy energy.....  

Sausage was a gamble....don't usually eat sausages because they may have gluten in.  

Meat has everything you need. Even a bit of Vit C 

Don’t you get Gout from not having anything green? 

No gout. No digestive problems....energy abound...lovely rich bloods and stable cholestrol. My skin is clearing...I look younger because of all the collagen in the bone broth and gelatin I consume.  

You must Google it but I read an amazing story about a lady who eats only red meat and she cured herself of life long problems like autoimmune disease, obesity etc etc. She looks amazing and I think she has been eatig that way for 10 years or more
