The last controlled low carb diet I was on, we consumed 20 to 25 carbs a day. I lost weight fairly fast but I couldnt stick to it in the long run. Some people do net carbs which you minus off the fiber from the carb count and I think then, they do 50 NET carbs a day. That seems easier to me and doing my research on it. Found out thats an option to watch on this site too, so I added it. Good Luck!
