Stress led to me going off my diet - going for a run today and hopefull getting my workout in - yesterday was very proactive - led to a much better morning today - having trouble with my teenager and flying blind... talk about your generation gap! Anyway - my frustration led to some bad food choices - documenting this as my next weigh in will probably not be good - waiting until Sunday so that I can hopefully do some good in the next couple of days - yesterday was good start!
