I’m so happy. All the hard work is paying off. I’m going to stay away from the scale. I’m just going to continue weighing myself at the doctors office once a month when I see my nutritionist. This whole weight loss process doesn’t have to be depressing if you do it for the right reasons. I haven’t been 173 pounds in 6 years and since February I have lost 10 kilos. I was heavier in February than when I was pregnant with my daughter. I’m never letting myself go again. I owe my success to eating healthy and whole. No diets,not eliminating any group foods and tons of walking, biking and cardio at home. I’m so happy I made the decision to change my life. You can do it too !!!

My problem is the late night snacking... I am great with eating right up until the point where I put my daughter to bed then all I think about is food.

I know it’s hard at night. It’s my weakest time too. I just leave the house and go for a walk. Sometimes I brush my teeth and try to go to bed early so I don’t think about food. It’s so hard but the more you lose the more motivation you find to do better. I know you can do it!
