7/11 doing better on food...other than dinner out (salmon Mackeys) Sunday night and leftovers Monday night, lunch out Monday (chicken pita) but I’m journaling a little , food diary, walking, trying to change mindset. Signed up for some freebie videos from Homemade Cooking website. Really working on eating at home and Not drinking alcohol for 2 weeks. Smaller spans of time to make goals more attainable.
