I am so embrassed. I will not post my weigh in because I have gain. I need to get back on track to get back down to where I was. I have started today. I will leave my weigh in at 165. However I am 170 this morning. Hopefully it is just the salt intake that I did and with the PMS coming up. My goal for this week will be to reach 165 by Friday. Also, next Monday I will start Boot Camp for the next 5 weeks on Monday and Wednesday. If this can help me get motivated any thing can. I will reach my goal weight by my birthday. I will start eating alot better that what I did these past two week. A little set back, but now, I WILL DO IT!!!
