But it was more important to me to have the rare social gatherings with my tribe than staying in fear about how much I would lose/gain this week. *Also this coming Thursday, my in-laws are taking us out for a dinner celebration and we haven't seen them for months so I am not declining. If it takes a little longer, so be it.

This Thursday I had saved as my "freedom day" waiting from last week for dinner with in-laws; so actually only going off plan for a second day
