I can tell the weight is getting harder to drop. I will not give up. I have up my exercising to 6 days a week or 2 hours a day. I may not be losing the weight fast but the inches are dropping like crazy. I’m in a 2X now and it feels so good to finally have better options on clothing. Stay strong and continue to eat healthy. No Pain No Gain Now Shut Up and Train (love that motto)😘😘😘😘
