You did post the break out from your normal range which a lot of people find hard to do, so you *are* being honest with yourself. The sooner you face what is happening the better, and the fact that you posted your weight up there prominently for all to see is an indication that you are confronting the problem head on. If you look at your weight history, you will see that you really have not strayed too far, and that it can all easily be corrected in a relatively short period of time. You are doing fine Megan, getting back on track often takes a little time and patience with ourselves. You will do this, I'm am sure of it. Have a great weekend buddy!
