Ok to clear some things up.... Atkins didn't come up with low carb, high fat.... It was done way back in the 1800's by doctors treating severely ill patients. Then a Dr. Peterson came up with a plan woe called ketogenic to help children suffering from epilepsy that wasn't getting better with meds. The Dr. Atkins read the research from Dr. Perterson and other physicians that had done low carb, high fat, moderate protein to heal patients with varying disorders. Through his trials and research he came up with his own version. The keto diet versions out there now are all similar because they have taken bits and pieces from all the predecessors. That includes the Atkins online diet or known as the New Diet Revolution. Dr. Atkins original diet in 1972 was just called the Diet Revolution.-------------------------------------------------------------------With all that said, no body is the same or reacts the same. The best any of us can do is not to put down anyone's diet because what works for one could be the miracle woe for someone else.

Any plan can get you shredded it’s a fact but I personally find all the other benefits on keto completely outweigh any other plan I have done it’s also the most flexible I can eat anything I want really and still have abs I can have 2 carb days per week and not put weight on it’s hands down the healthiest I’ve been in my life everyone thinks it’s all red meat and cheese but actually I eat more veg on this than any other plan
