This is because I go to the pub weekends and drink multiple tonic waters. I drink far more at home, but it's from the tap or filtered (I have a Berkey). Bottled tonic water, in quantity, shows on the scales. All the crap they put in it I suppose. My body seems stupid sensitive these days but maybe that's not a bad thing as it forces me towards clean eating :-) I'll be out tonight for one, probably, just to show my face in the 'hood, and a couple more Mondays and Thursday when I'm out singing. Friends are playing locally Sunday so I might go to that. But give me a clear run of staying in, just drinking water from home, and some of these pounds will drop off. We can discount them, realistically.
