I think I ate over 2000 calories and I feel sooooo bad. I’m getting very discouraged 😭

I ate out today and feel a little guilty myself. Cheer up dear. I want to be ok on my 'bad days'. *hugs*

No worries nikki! Its ok to indulge in more calories one day per week. It relaxes the body and should make you feel less stressed. So enjoy 😉

Everyday that you're in a deficit is a good day, and taling a break every now and then is good for your mental health.

I agree with the helping with the mental health part... sometimes the stress of counting calories gets a little too much.
