1.5 miles this morning it’s getting cooler I was sore after doing 2.45 yesterday but decided to not take the day off it was noticeably easier maybe because it was cooler lil bit 😉 I really miss the trails the soft dirt is so much easier on my joints in the hard concrete try to walk a little bit and lawns That were mowed enough that I could Maybe this weekend I’ll do the trail it’s pretty technical would be good to do it Sunday and take Saturday off because I’m really feeling it today and my joints need to be smart about this kind of thing stretched well afterwards
