I made better choices for dinner tonight. I guess I just have to be more diligent in my decisions.

At about 12 weeks I just couldn’t handle it anymore. Lots of walking, trying to workout having no clue if I was doing the right things and a 1200 calorie diet... with no support. I decided I would either allow myself to slowly work up to maintenance (1500ish) or quit completely. I’m now right around maintenance and feel like I could drop again for a short period. I did a bit last week. We have to be easy on ourselves sometimes. I have depression and anxiety so know how you feel. If I may offer a piece of advice? Try to incorporate a treat at least twice a week or every day! This can be a piece of hard candy, a 90 calorie snack bar, perhaps a fruit that you like that could be used as your daily reward. Whatever it is make sure it fits in your macros and calories. Remember to breathe and know that we ALL fail at times and that’s okay :). Just try to do better the next meal or the next day.
