With another week's weighin looming over my head for tomorrow, I pray and reflect in hopes of finally seeing the 340's. I know I was not "good" the whole week as the past weekend was a family and food frenzy, but one has to have hope. I was 351 on Sunday (pre strawberry cheesecake) and one can only hope that they are able to salvage the week and go down another 2 pounds to see something they haven't seen in oh 3 or so years. With my Bday literally 29 days away, I know that my goal of being 325 is out the window....but making it to my 330's would be a great bday present as well. Only time will tell, but for right now I am taking it day by day. Again, weigh in day is tomorrow....pray for me. *Gulp*

Taking it day by day is the absolute best you can do! Let tomorrow worry about tomorrow. You can do this and no mater which range you're in, as long as it is less than where you are now, you've done something amazing! In prayer for you...you can do it!
