Well I didn't lose the three pounds I was hoping but it is my TOM and I haven't had a BM in a couple days. Sooooo my guess maybe somewhere in the 156 instead of 157.3. Next week should look better. Then i get to start adding 5 carbs a week. I'm a little nervous about stalling but really excited to eat more variety and to see where my carb level is.
