I’ve stuck very strictly the first few months to eating extremely healthy and did in fact lose quite a few pounds to begin with. I leveled out around May and have slowly been losing a pound or so a month since. I don’t like that it’s going so slow. I also have pre-diabetes and cysts on my thyroid. I realize this could hinder my weight loss but blood test show my thyroid is normal. I just have to keep trying different things and different diets and see what works for me now, now that my body chemistry is slightly different. Since losing weight, my metabolism has increased and my pulse rate has decreased but since I have anxiety, my BP is still higher than it should be for my age. I’m working on it, taking it day by day. It’s all one can do, right?
