How many do you do a day ?? Just don’t over do it cause if you can’t keep it up you’ll gain all the weight back

i have been going to the gym every single day since i started my new lifestyle which was about a month ago. I work two full time jobs so it’s kind of hard for me to get an hour workout during the week so that’s why i try to be active as possible on my days off i usually do an hour of cardio on the treadmill and half an hour of weights but on the week days i do 30 mins of cardio and 10 mins of weights i want to try to fit in two hour long workouts now during my days off..
