I too love the support here. The helpful advice can be good too. There are several tools that I have never used, such as the recipes. I don't do the challenges after doing (or trying) a couple of them. Just losing weight my way is enough of a challenge for me :) I don't do the groups either, although I am a "member" of one called "Clean Eating". They are tools that might be useful to someone else. There are different meal plans that you can read about here as well. I am a firm believer on my journal that if one way of doing this stops working, then another might. Being flexible does seem to help me. Is there more specifically that you are looking for?
