Time to cut. I've been bulking for about a year now, far longer than I originally planned. And while I'm still not particularly large, I'm no longer comfortable with the level of body fat, so I decided a couple days ago it was time to cut for a few months.
Dropped a few pounds of water already, that should continue for a couple more days until I can establish a baseline weight, then I'll drop probably 10-15 lbs from there - the upcoming WDW vacation with the family notwithstanding.
I'll be stepping the daily calories down from 3200 to probably 2500-2600 for a week or two, then probably 2300-2400. Need to take some "before" pictures too...
It's been a fun year, but now it's time to lean out a little.
