🙄 I gotta try to fast for a while today. This is getting annoying 😑 (the binging on carbs) I’m sore all over though so I’ll have a lill protein powder through out the day so my muscles can continue to try to repair themselves. Yesterday was arm day. I didn’t go over board like the trainer had me do on Saturday with squats so I’m just a lill sore. Mostly triceps.

Good luck! sometimes fasting gets hard for me too , and the sad part is that I am not really hungry for real food, just sweets 🥞🍩🍰🎂🍧🍨🍫

Diet wise I’m doing freakin terrible!!!! But at least I’m working out a bit. I did squats last night and will do arm day today.

@CrashtestDawnie - Working out is good! Very good :) You will work out your diet stuff in time... I finally feel like I have 'reset myself' with my 4 day 'no solid food' fast. Now I need to just not get back into 'binge' mode.

When I work out hard I get so hungry and my diet goes down the drain - hopefully it will get better for both of us with practice!!
