Day 12 and I am sticking to this! Routine is 30 day shred followed by 30 minute yoga routine, then a 45 minute run. Increasing run to 60 minutes this week. On the boat crossing Atlantic so hopefully I can continue if weather holds up. Salad and soup for lunch. Protein and vegetable for dinner Smoothie with fiber one cereal daily. And lots of water.
Two more weeks til we are home so hopefully routine will be well in place and I can keep going this time.
