Melikaff Günlüğü, 11 Eyl 12

Today was my first day with berries. I tried raspberries. I had two oz. I am so CRAVING more. I am not going to have anymore. This is the first time since I've started atkins I have had a craving. Somethings have sounded nice or I have wanted them but this is a I can't stop thinking about those raspberries. I think I will not have any for a couple of days and try again maybe with only an oz.

Also I'm not sure if they are related but I am having a blood sugar crash. It's so crazy lunch was within my carbs but I don't usually eat almost 13 in one sitting. I did have some marinara sauce(no sugar), but I only had 2 TBL.

I just wanted to keep track of this. I haven't had any grean leafy veggies today so I'll get a salad in at dinner.

It's all really just making me wonder if I am just so much more sensitive to carbs than I thought. I have really missed fruit but I think that it is good for me that I havn't had any. I think that fruit may be a gateway drug for me......

I definitely know what you mean, but I'd say don't rule out all fruits. I think I have the same problem with nuts: I can have a handful of almonds no problem, but one handful of cashews means I'll end up eating the whole tin of them...

I also bought some raspberries this week for the first time,had a 1/2 cup and was ok with it. Its a little scary to start adding foods back I almost feel as though I cheating.
