Great job, Naiomy. I remember when you plateau a little earlier in the summer but you are ROCKING it all now! Awesome for you. I am so happy you are doing so well! 

@chris i forgot the LOL..lol no cockiness yet...lol.. and changes were a lot of what u said..eliminating carbs.. increasing protein... just little things... thanks for always motivating me!!
