A nice weekend - took it easy and got lots of rest - working on a baby blanket I'm knitting for a friend - keeps my hands busy in the evening! another loss today almost 1/2 pound - I'm checking every day right now with the switch from calories to points to make sure I don't go offtrack but it seems to be working - interesting that I am doubling my calorie points but still losing! Yay!
