Ran/walked 11 miles yesterday - a bit sore today but felt great - lots of time to tune out and listen to music and think. Had a super productive day yesterday too - went over a couple points last night because after scouts I had a peanut butter sandwich on light bread but I was hungry! Also ate a bunch of fruit I had cut up in the fridge. Was reading my journal from 3 years ago and I was just starting to walk with my pedometer. I had joined a group on here doing 10,000 steps a day -
