Naiomy Günlüğü, 01 Haz 10

Ok, so i already know what my first goal is.. my second and possibly third goal will be determined after my 1st goal is reached.. but for some reason i haven't put down on "paper" my ultimate goal, i guess for fear i may not reach it. so i'm going to do this..

Ultimate goal - to be a size 8
To be reached by - February 14, 2011

I don't know what weight that means, so it might be tricky, but of course i'll know when i'm in a size 8. I've been a double-digit so long that i really want to experience a size 8. I'm officially a 12, and i say officially b/c when i buy my first pair of comfortable jeans in that size, that's when i'll actually claim it.. lol

So technically i have 2 sizes to go down. Assuming i hit goal 1 by 7/28, which is to weigh 165, i have to figure out what goals to hit by oct and some other random milestone to get me closer to my goal.

there.. its out.. and now i'm going to have to be accountable.. phew.. not so painful.. lol
