This month we went to Disney for 10 days. I decided since I was on vacation that I was going to eat whatever I wanted. Then Christmas parties and Christmas dinner and cookies all came in and I decided to give myself a free pass until the end of the year. Well I found out that gaining 11 lbs in one month sucks. While it was nice to eat whatever I felt like, I feel poorly. I don't have as much energy and I just feel blah! So I welcome the new year. I am working on getting back on the right path to doing better!
