Happy New Year everyone. If you're like me you may have gained a pound or two with all the special meals and treats over the past few weeks. Time to get back on track---right? My weight loss has slowed down lot as I approach my goal of 130 pounds. By continuing to weigh portions, eat a variety of nutritious foods and walk every day I'm hoping to get to that healthier weight.
