Euuurrrrrgggghhhh. I feel absolutely horrible.

I had major problems keeping down 1000 cals yesterday and I can't see myself doing any better today.

I'm absolutely full of phlegm and I'm having trouble breathing if I lay down or bend. Most cough medicines are full of sugar so I'm trying to avoid them, but had to take some throat lozenges last night as my throat was so sore that I couldn't swallow.

I really need to knock this on the head today as I have a double shift tomorrow :(
