Well this just confirms to me that doing the fast was needed! It also makes me think I'm one of those really carb sensitive people. When I let my carbs get up to around 30-35 I stopped lsoing weight! I'm hoping to find that magic number to make things a little easier. At least I feel like I have something to work towards. But I am at that point that I reall start to feel normal. It's usually the place that I quit but not this time. It is amazing to that the last 5lbs make more of a difference to how I feel than the 15 before that. No one has said anyhting yet. Twenty lbs down and people aren't really noticing yet. It can be a little dicouraging. They will start to notice soon!
