Ok back to eating normally. I'm curious to see what it does to the scale tomorrow after a 6 day loss. I had almost 20 carbs today and 94% of my RDI. I feel good. A little tried after dinner. I had almost 13 carbs in that one meal. I wonder id I need to be more carful about spreading it out. Thirteen is more carbs that I have had in days...
