I cannot bring myself to track my weight this week. I got discouraged on Sunday my weight did not change when I had calorie deficit from the day before. Unfortunately I binged for the last 3 days.
So I have made up my mind to no longer count my calories. Instead I will be tracking my macros based on a ketogenic diet. I will also fast.
