ONE day with no exercise and eating as I normally do and wow! 2 lb gain. Probably water rentention since I didn't exercise and haven't been drinking as much water during meals cuz someone said it wasn't healthy to drink 12 oz during meal and 12 oz after. I should have listened to what worked for me for 9 months instead of her.......hmmmm

What's wrong with drinking water with meals?? Give yourself some credit! You know your body better than anyone and you have figured out what works. Don't be too hard on yourself though. You are doing great!

Yeah someone had a forum post and said my drinking 24 oz of water at and before my meals was too much water, so I did some research and some recommend not drinking at meals at all and some recommend what we were doing drink before and during our meals. I know I used to regularly drink 44+ oz of soda with my meals when eating out and it never caused me to "overdose" lol
