You are still accomplishing some good stuff here. Try to look at the big picture, the averages, when you think you haven't advanced. I can't remember who it was, probably one of the pros here on FS, that posted their weight loss graph. It was a bit Richter Scale looking. It's normal to go up and down, but a steady overall decline is what you want and exactly what you have. You're good. ☺👍
