I think we all hit those stages - I know I have. What I have been doing is really trying to change things up so I'm not eating the same things every day. Even if that means having what I normally have for lunch I eat it for breakfast. Not sure what kind of eating plan you were on, but if you want some different ideas just let me know. Maybe what I eat will fit into your plan.
