I haven't been on here much in the last couple of weeks. I have really been binging and am trying to curb it today. I am using the strategy of prayer and relying on God's strength to get me thru each day, whether it be hour by hour or minute by minute. I feel that some medical problems are worrying me to the point that I am eating over them, so I spoke to a nurse about it and she said for me to go get my bloodwork from the Dr done tomorrow, so I am going to get up early and go see the vampire tomorrow. I am hoping I can really get back on track with this eating and start recording my food again. I have been letting myself go for so long it's terrible. I did lose four more pounds, but I am just beside myself with worry about putting back on the 17 lbs. I have already lost. Well, God will see me thru this and I will be relying on him completely. I can do it but only with his help. Amen!
