Happily enjoyed my first week. I stuck to it very well and enjoying all the energy I have lately. Trying to make being 26 my year and aligning my priorities. :)

Very nice, I'm glad it's working out well and you're feeling great. It is a great feeling to have more energy after working out and being more active than the slump you feel from just watching life pass you by. *smiles*
