Using the Ketonix is providing really good feedback about how I'm eating and how my body rhythms work.
As expected, my ketones go down after exercise and during the night while I'm sleeping (in both situations, blood-sugar goes up as body motivates fat to create energy)
Still working on my diet, although yesterday I ended up 75% fat, 21% protein, 4% carbs which is in the range that I'm shooting for. Yesterday added some fiber to the diet which helped immensely. (Flax crackers)

Just did some ciruit weight-training in the gym at work.
My arms are shaking, and was hitting that "burn" with both legs and arms.
The interesting thing is that on low-carb/keto, I don't have soreness the next day when I work out hard. What I've read indicates that this is normal.

Most people believe its "moving average", but haven't found anything that says it for sure.

Picture cut off the axis, but the lines going up are 2,4,6, ect. From what I've read, anything over 1.5 is good (for breath), so at my lowest points I'm still over the lower limits.

And you eat 3 meals a day?

I think it is interesting. I do not do any measuring just going by feel so it is great to see your graph

Usually I eat 3 meals a day. Yesterday was two as an experiment. After doing the weight-training today, there was no way that I could skip lunch, and I think that I do better when I eat multiple times a day, so fasting doesn't look like its something I want to do. In addition, given that I'm where I want to be given my current behavior, I'll keep trying to do the same and not change behaviors unless I stall for more than a month.

And as far as measuring, I love DATA! But I'm not willing to spend outrageous amounts of money for test strips (which I would use quickly because....DATA), so I went with breath tester. More expensive in the short-term, much cheaper in the long-term.

I think it gets easier to fat the longer you have been in ketosis. Once fat adapted it is fine as long as one has enough body fat to part with. I often find it easier to fast when I do exercise. Ketosis usually just takes me through a few hours of non eating. But yeah, no reason to fast if meals is what you like doing and it works for you. Yeah we are at the opposite ends for measuring LOL. The only thing I get numbers for is my food.

In Mark Sisson's book Keto Reset he mentions that athletes will test low for ketones because their body is using them for energy at a rapid rate. They are being used as they enter the blood stream so even though they are very much in ketosis their tests may look low. Glad you are enjoying the Ketonix. I just returned from vacation and had visions of Ketosis spread sheets upon my return. Maybe next week....

Lol veggie. It's really clear on the graphs that when I exercise, my breath keytone goes down. One video that I watched today referred to ketones in breath and urine as "wasted", i.e. body doesn't need them so it throws them away (as opposed to glucose, which the body stores). That would match what you are referring to.
